1. Alexander Lee Eusobio [알렉산더 이 에우세비오]
    Usually call : Xander [ 산더 ]
    Place, Date of Birth : July 29 1988, Macau, Hongkong
    Position : Rapper
    He studied in America and is from Cupertino , California. Alexander is also known for his ability to speak seven languages at varying degrees.

2. Shin Soo Hyun [ 신수현 ]
Usually call : Soo Hyun [ 수현 ]
Date of Birth : March 11 1989
Position : Power Vocalist
Soohyun pernah jadi trainee di JYP Entertainment dan Good Entertainment sebelum dia dipindahkan ke NH Media dan bergabung dalam group U-Kiss. Maka dari itu, Soohyun dekat dengan member 2PM yang berada dalam naungan JYP Ent.

3. Kim Ki Beom [ 김기범 ]
    Usually call : Ki Beom
    Date of Birth : December 29 1990
    Position : Vocalist
    Ki Beom pernah belajar di Australia. Dia juga fasih berbahasa Jepang. He has a twin in other SS501. Nama kakaknya adalah Kim Hyung Joon.

Mereka mirip banget!! Mereka juga akrab dan kompak, sampai-sampai Ki Beom pernag bilang kalau dia tidak bisa hidup tanpa kakaknya, Kim Hyun Joon.

4. Lee Ki Seop [ 이기섭 ]
   Usually call : Ki Seop [ 기섭 ]
   Date of Birth : January 17 1991
   Position : Vocalist
Kiseop joined the group in 2009. Dia adalah mantan Ulzzang di Ulzzang Shidae.

5. Kim Kyoung Jae [ 김경재 ]
     Usually call : Eli
     Place, Date of Birth : March 13 1991, Los Angeles
     Position : Rapper
     He was born in USA and grown up there. He has practiced Taekwondo for 12 years and went to China to train to become an actor, where he learned martial arts and mandarin. So, Eli can speak English and Mandarin fluently.

6. Woo Sung Hyun [우성현]
    Usually call : Kevin
    Place, Date of Birth : November 25 1991, San Fransisco
    Position : Main Vocalist
He grew up in the United States, and went to Korea to study as a singer at the age of 15. He was formerly from the boyband, XING, and was the last original member to leave the group. Kevin juga dikenal karena kemampuannya berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan lancar.

7. Shin Dong Ho [ 신동호 ]
     Usually call : Dongho or the Cute Maknae
     Date of Birth : June 24 1994
     Position : Vocalist
    Dongho is the youngest [Maknae] member of the group. Dia berasal dari Beijing dan dibesarkan di Beijing juga. So, he can speak Chinese fluently. Beberapa kali Dongho mencoba untuk bertindak dewasa, tapi tetap saja terlihat cute dan terlihat anak-anak di mata masyarakat. Lagipula Dongho menyukai dirinya sebagai anak-anak. Dongho sangat suke bermain baseball.

U-Kiss mulai terkenal dengan debut lagu mereka yang berjudul " Man Man Ha Ni "
